1 cup dried cranberries
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded & diced
1/2 medium/small diced red onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 cup orange juice
juice from 1 lime
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Stir together gently, cover, and chill for at least two hours
- Stir before serving
