Apple ipod phishing scam

Watch out for an email puporting to be from Apple in regards to an 80GB iPod order. It’s a phishing scam. The one a coworker received referenced an order number W27724368. A screenshot is below:

Friday night was a great time. 45 minutes to get my badge = bad. Seeing friends again = good. Meeting new friendly people = good. The goods outweighed the bad without question.

Critical Wordpress update released

Wordpress 2.1.2 is released as a critical update for anyone who’s downloaded and installed Wordpress in the past few days. Someone cracked one of the Wordpress servers and modified some of the code to allow for remote PHP code execution. The entire 2.1.1 release is being declared dangerous and an upgrade to 2.1.2 is recommended. [...]
