Is a site’s design ever really done?

I’ve been redoing this site for about a month now, working off and on. Since I’m going to SXSW Interactive, I want my site to look somewhat decent. It has to have valid XHTML and CSS, make use of some interesting tricks and be relatively well-designed. I think I’ve accomplshed that.
