Alessandro at Web-Graphics has posted his color palette. It’s got 144 colors in it and is available for you to use. You can open the png image in your design program of choice and use the color picker to sample the code for the colors. You could also use Colorzilla with the Firefox browser to sample a color, thereby obtaining the hex code.
